I just wanted to post up this bit of promo art I did for the epic new update to Trenches. As the guys over at TGW put A HUGE amount of work into creating the amazing co-op and vs mode, they wanted to have a new piece of art to promote it, showing the British solider and the German soldier facing off in a true 1 on 1 fashion. This was great fun!
Also, to go along with the update, they are giving away a free iPad! If you fancy winning yourself a free iPad, check out the competition over at TGW, as lets face it, getting a free iPad for playing an awesome game is pretty much a no brainer ;)
I was contacted by Brian over at Illustration Toolbox recently to see if I’d be interested in doing an interview, which was a rather awesome enquiry as I actually use Illustration Toolbox regularly for illustration inspiration, so I accepted the offer immediatly!!
I’ve done quite a few interviews of late, so decided that for this interview to be a little more open and delve deeper into my career history and processes, so hopefully any regular visitors out there will find this an interesting read…and if not, you’ll probably end up yawning and falling asleep ;)
The reviews are coming in thick and fast, and you all seem to love it! We are sooooo pleased with the feedback! Thanks to everyone that has bought it so far and everyone that has been wishing us well around the world! We have SO many more features and play modes lined up :)
Yes, you read it right, a free Super Turbo Action Pig, actually, as many as you like!
Yeah ok, so its not a free copy of the game, but something aaaalmost as cool. Its a printable and build-able piggy all of your very own, yey!
All you need to do, is download the file by clicking on the image, print it off and then simply cut it out and stick it together! And there you have it, hours of endless fun, flying your very own Super Turbo Action Pig around your office, home or hell, just about anywhere!
There will be more of these to come too, so get ready to complete your very own set :)
Yey, I finally launched the Super Turbo Action Pig trailer! I went the whole hog with this baby and lavishly created it in lovely HD 720p, which is a tad over the top for a game that runs at 480×320, but what the heck, its was a great chance to do some animated cartoon cut scenes in HD :)
If you like the trailer, why not head on over to YouTube and give us a lovely 5 star rating :)
The game is going into submission today, so I’ll keep you posted, and as soon as its launched, you’ll hear about it here first!
I know most of you have been waiting to hear this quite some time, but Super Turbo Action Pig is now complete! We had the final testing session last week, which highlighted one last teeny weeny bug, which we can now say is ironed out! We’re launch ready! We have a little PR work to do this week, but by the end of this week, the game will be submitted and in the App Store very soon (fingers crossed).
Just before we submit the Pig, we’re going to launch the new site too, which is also complete, so keep your eyes peeled for a site launch alert as its going to be cram packed with cool downloads, screenshots and info.
Creating the new brand and site for IGM - Indie Games Magazine was ace! I do lots of brands and sites for games, but this time it was for a news site dedicated to the subject. Awesome!
