Being a hardcore arcade & retro gamer, I already knew about Analogue Interactive way before they got in touch, so I was rather excited to talk about this project! The brief was to rebrand the company and give the existing website an overhaul to match the new brand. The brand had to be ultra clean and ultra sleek to match the breathtaking hardware that Analogue Interactive make.
Just by looking at the absolutely stunning hardware I could see exactly what this brand had to portray. It had to be clean and it had to be premium. I set to work on the new brand design, slowly but surely drawing it back further and further until it had become the minimal design you see now. The guys at Analogue Interactive were extremely happy with the new look and we soon set to work rolling it out. As I'm known for doing exchanges with my games company clients, it was obvious from the outset that payment for this job HAD to be in the form of hardware...YUM YUM!!
This was just amazing! Gratuitous Tank Battles as a name alone sounds like my cup of tea, so the game and surrounding project was going to be insane!
This was just one of those oddball ideas I had, no particular purpose, no particular point, just little cutesy forest creatures :)
