Aranim Media Factory

The brief:

This project was phenomenal! Aranim Media Factory is the one and only comic book company in the Middle East, and man do they have some beeeeautiful artwork! When Suleiman from Aranim got in touch to see if I would be interested in working on their new site, I was bowled over! The visuals he presented to me were nothing short of amazing! So, you can imagine how the brief was going to go...This site had to look breathtaking and show the artwork off in the manner it deserves! But on top of that, it had to reflect some of the Middle Eastern culture...very exciting!

The solution:

So, with all this jaw dropping artwork in my hands, I was like a kid in a sweet shop! I always bark on about content being king and this time I had everything I could wish for! The most interesting part about this was the fact that Aranim is based in Jordan, so the site had to reflect its very individual routes. This couldn't just look like another comic company, we needed to inject some Middle Eastern flare to this design. This was achieved with some beautiful Arabic calligraphy in the background and the core shape of the navigation bar, somewhat different from the norm. Plain and simply, this was a very fun, original and thoroughly enjoyable project!

Trenches

This was one of the most fun projects I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Trenches was a gargantuan and totally awesome project!

English Electric (BAC) Lightning

My love and fascination of all things that fly carries on with this photographic experiment. I was taking a walk around the Manchester Air Museum with the sole goal of finding some interesting shots of some of favourite old school fighters. Say hello to Mr.Lightning!
