Stone Skipper
The brief:
Stone Skipper was my first full iPhone project, including the in game art, branding, interface design and web site design, awesome! The brief was to create two characters, a young mischievous boy and his cheeky sidekick dog. The pair are always getting into trouble and in this outing they are out stone skipping! To go along with this they needed a world within which to live, so there are LOADS of levels set in different places around the globe.
The solution:
The solution came pretty quickly in all honesty as Simon's brief was so clear, so the boy and and dog were visualised and finalised in no time at all. Creating the site was great as I could expand on the game's feel and create a large expansive environment that spanned the browser window, great fun! The whole project was a joy to work on and I loved every minute! If you fancy a quick pick up and play game, give it a try, its great!

Angry Viking – Happy Viking
Happy viking...angry viking...grrrrr. This was one of the many personal illustrations that I created back when I was managing at Lightmaker and was in dire need of getting back to my sketchpad. He hee, it was probably a reflection of how I felt at the time ;)
