Wheel of Allods

The brief:

I was given a brief that could only be described as perfect on this project, to create the overall homepage look and feel for a fan site dedicated to the fantasy spectacular, Allods Online! This wasn’t going to be a tough one as if you put a brand as epic as Allods in front of me, with a handful of kick ass source material, I’m going to have a field day!

The solution:

Needless to say my first job was to pick out the best assets from this humungous and inspiring collection of amazing fantasy art pieces from the game. Once this was done I set to work on creating my background scene. I wanted to get as much depth and character variation as possible and fill the page with oodles of atmosphere. With the characters in place, I began work on the background scene and lighting effects to tie it all in. All that was left was the main interface area and nav ;) This area was fairly pre-determined as Two PI Team have a set range of elements that must appear in their fan sites, so it was simply a case of arranging these in the most efficient manner and making it all look like part of the scene. Superb!

FI-Faves...

Farming Simulator 14

Well, I love new challenges, and creating the UI for the worlds most popular farming simulator certainly ticked that box. This project was an absolute joy!

English Electric (BAC) Lightning

My love and fascination of all things that fly carries on with this photographic experiment. I was taking a walk around the Manchester Air Museum with the sole goal of finding some interesting shots of some of favourite old school fighters. Say hello to Mr.Lightning!
